Laura Cull is a Lecturer in Performing Arts at Northumbria University in Newcastle, UK. She is editor of the collection, Deleuze and Performance (Edinburgh University Press) and author of a number of articles such as How do you make yourself a theatre without organs?: Deleuze, Artaud and the concept of differential presence. Laura is also Chair of the Performance Studies international Performance and Philosophy working group. Trained in fine art, she is also a member of the artists’ collective SpRoUt, whose recent projects include contributing to Hans Ulrich Obrist’s Manifesto Marathon.
